Rogers Bhalalusesa

I am a computer science lecturer specializing in Information Systems at the Open University of Tanzania. I am also a husband and father to an eight year old girl. My passion is in programming and developing applications that improve human lives. I did my Undergraduate in Tanzania, in Africa, My Masters in UK in Europe and PhD in Malaysia in Asia. I have been exposed to how different people use ICT to in their daily lives and therefore I can develop information systems that are can adapt to their environment.
